PEEL STREET MILL & IT'S PEOPLE

PossAbilities is excited to announce that it has been awarded a grant by Historic England to undertake a project researching and telling the story of Peel Street Mill and its people. The project will use a variety of techniques to bring the story to life, including the written word, poetry, music, animation, art and model making.

Summer 2023, PossAbilities will launch an interactive walking trail around the site, which will provide visitors with a unique opportunity to learn about the mill and its history. We hope that this project will help to preserve the memory of Peel Street Mill and its workers for future generations.
